Kstudio released Splineflow. A tool to help with the creation of parametric spline modeling. Its not only for static models, you can use SplineFlow to create different interesting animations with splines.
The Lite version is free, you can open any splineflow model done with the pro version, but you can not edit it. With the Lite version you can add a maximum of 2 shapes.
The pro version cost 40 euros.
