Chaos Group presented Chaos Phoenix 5, the new iteration of the popular liquids and smoke solver for 3dsmax. Adding support for 3dsmax 2023, adding more features to active bodies like thruster force, axis lock and more extra controls to configurate better how the active bodies interacts with the scene.
New presets are available, to create in 1 click cool simulations. Stormy sea, jet engine, ice cubes, and speedboat. Different existing presets has been improved, with faster better looking results.
It adds also realistic foam patterns, for first time a standalone simulation, to simulate phoenix outside of 3dsmax.
